Reviews and Ratings
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean and provided a comfortable sleeping experience. The top floor location offered a nice view of the city at night, but it might feel a bit tight for three people. The service was excellent, with helpful staff who had no problem communicating in English. The location, situated in a relatively high-land neighborhood near Izumi Chou station, was a definite highlight, being close to the outlet mall and major highways. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to assorted muffins, and the facilities were average.
The hotel's location close to the outlet mall and in a relatively high-land neighborhood was a plus. The rooms, though small, were clean and provided a comfortable sleep experience. The service was friendly and English communication was easy. The dining experience with hand-cut beef tartare was delightful, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were clean and cozy, making it easy for our family on the road. The service was excellent, with helpful staff who communicated well in English. The hotel's location was a plus, being close to the outlet mall and Izumi Chou station. However, the absence of a dining facility was a downside during my stay.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms at the top floor were perfect for our family, making life on the road incredibly easy. They were spacious enough for two adults and a child or teenager, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and had no issue communicating in English, and the laundry service was convenient. The location near outlets, Aeon Mall, major highways, Izumi Chuo station, and in a high-land neighborhood was a definite plus. The dining options, particularly pasta, were enjoyable. The facilities provided added value to our stay, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel is located in a relatively high-land neighborhood, close enough to the outlet mall, which were definite pluses for my stay. The rooms were great for our family, making life on the road very easy, but might be a bit squeezy for 3 people; they would fit 2 adults and 1 kid/teenager comfortably. I also so enjoyed viewing the nightscape of the city from the room to some extent.
